PURPOSE: An mp3 player having a portable telephone and a battery as one body and a voice recorder are provided to listen a music using mp3 player or to use a recorder using a voice recorder when a portable telephone is not used. CONSTITUTION: An mp3 player having a portable telephone and a battery(1) as one body and a voice recorder mount a mp3 player(30) and a voice recorder on a chargeable battery for a portable telephone as one body. The mp3 player provides a revival button(31), a recording button(32), a reverse button, a forward button(34) on the back side, and an I/O unit and a stereo headphone jack(37) on the side. Accordingly, the portable telephone can use an mp3 player or use a recorder using a voice recorder when a portable telephone is not used.
