PURPOSE: An antenna for a mobile communication terminal is provided to reduce a power consumption and to prevent an electrical interference between two antennas by making the two antennas operate individually. CONSTITUTION: An antenna for a mobile communication terminal comprises a first antenna,a second antenna and a signal connection part. The first antenna(30) has a helical conductor formed in a spiral type with reference to a central axis, and a feeder terminal formed at an end of the helical conductor and having a first diameter. The second antenna(40) has a radiation part having a second diameter and coated by an insulator, and a feeder part connected to one side of the radiation part and having a third diameter. The second antenna(40) is installed so as to extend and shrink an inner and outer part of the terminal through a central portion of the first antenna. The signal connection part(20) is placed between the feeder terminal of the first antenna and the second antenna. In a case that the second antenna is extended to the exterior of the terminal, the signal connection part(20) is connected to the feeder part so that an electrical signal is transmitted and received through the second antenna. In a case that the second antenna is inserted inside the terminal, the signal connection part is connected to the feeder part so that an electrical signal is transmitted and received through the first antenna.
