PURPOSE: A device for producing a board and a sheet by using a white clay is provided to smoothly supply a molding plate, to uniformly spread a raw material, and to mold without sticking the raw material in a roller for controlling a thickness. CONSTITUTION: A producing device of sheet for an artificial marble is installed a pinch roller(5) to control a thickness for supplying a molding plate in a first hopper(2), and an iron(7) to smooth out the surface of a raw material in the rear of a roller for controlling the thickness and a knife. The iron(7) for smoothing out the surface of the raw material is coated a fluoric resin in the surface, is able to control the thickness by the elevating operation of an upper handle for controlling the thickness(13b), and to control the width by the reciprocation of a side handle(18). The sheet or a board is controlled by the control handle of thickness(13) during supplying a glass fiber(10) supplied from a roller for supplying the glass fiber(3) on the raw material spread on the molding plate(9) transferred by a conveyer(4). Then the thickness is transferred during controlling with a control handle for thickness(13') by supplying a second glass fiber(10') with a supplying roller of the second glass fiber(3'). The surface is uniformly spread without staining the raw material by passing the raw material in the iron(7) coated the fluoric resin after scratching the raw material strained in the roller(5) with the knife during controlling the thickness with a control handle of thickness(13a). |
