PURPOSE: An agitating fermentation device is provided to minimize the fermentation time by preventing food waste from condensing and to prevent the device from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: An agitating fermentation device consists of a fermenting tub(F), an agitating member(M) and a pulverizing device(C). The fermenting tub forms an inlet(1a) on the upper face and a fermenting chamber(2) inside an outer tub(1) forming an outlet(1b). The fermenting chamber forms a heater(3) on the outline. The agitating member installs a rotating shaft(11) driven by a decelerating motor in the fermenting chamber and the rotating shaft installs many agitating wings(12) and an inducing wing(13) in a position near a side wall(2a) of the agitating chamber. The pulverizing device is composed of a pulverizing plate(21) in the end of the agitating wing and a rubbing plate(22) in the inner circumference of the fermenting chamber. The food waste is condensed with water while agitating and the pulverizing device continuously pulverizes the lump of food waste. |
