PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a function required for debug with software executed in MPU and to easily construct the high speed debug environment of a high function. SOLUTION: A debug support device 1 is provided with a processor 10 having a debug exception control part 12 preserving a register state when the generation instruction of a debug exception from a CPU core 11 is received, changing a program counter to the address of a debug exception handler and returning the register to a state before the generation of debug when a restoration instruction from the debug exception is received and also it is provided with a memory 20 storing program information 21 of a debug function accessed and executed by the processor 10. Dabug function program information can be changed.
