PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facilities from which each specification can be judged comprehensively by exhibiting equipment in a same space where durability, comfortableness, operation convenience of equipment, etc., of an actual residence can be grasped comprehensively. SOLUTION: In residence experience facilities A having an exhibition space, various kinds of facilities permitting to experience durability and comfortableness of residence are arranged. As for the various kinds of facilities, equipment B for experiencing a ventilation performance of a ventilation system, equipment C for experiencing a soundproofing performance of a floor member, equipment D for experiencing a performance of an external wall panel, equipment for experiencing a performance of a central cleaner, equipment G, H for experiencing an effect of thermal insulation of glass, an insulation effect, and strength, equipment I for experiencing an airtight performance of sashes, a device K for explaining electricity flow of a solar light generating system, and a device L for bodily experiencing a performance of this system are exhibited.
