The device (3) has a cylinder (5) firmly arranged at an electrical consumer (4), and a through-hole formed at a carrier plate (2) of a light-band element (1). The cylinder is arranged in the through-hole, and rotates around its longitudinal middle axis (9) relative to the carrier plate. The cylinder is insertable into the through-hole until a circumferential groove of the cylinder resides at an inner side (8) of the carrier plate. A slider (10) is interpositioned in the groove, and axially secures the cylinder with respect to the longitudinal middle axis. |
