<p>The electrical voltage testing device (1) has a contact electrode (4) that is arranged in close proximity to a display device (12). One end of contact electrode is connected with to-be tested portion (2) and another end of contact electrode is connected to an integrator unit (10) provided in the display device. The integrator unit has an operational amplifier (16) whose output is connected to an inverting input via a capacitor (18). An output terminal of the integrator unit is connected with an evaluation unit (20). An independent claim is included for method for testing existence of electric voltage.</p> |
