The motor comprises a rotor disk equipped with permanent magnets and a stator which includes a stator disk equipped with coils. The magnets (7a-h) are arranged in radial direction opposite the coils (16a-f). The permanent magnets are preferably spray cast, and are preferably arranged radial outwards. The rotor disk surrounds the coils by using a termination ring (5).
