PURPOSE: A coil winding device and a coil wound by the same are provided to improve productivity by making both ends of the coil face outward. CONSTITUTION: A first jig(10) comprises a fixing part(12), fixing grooves(13a,13b), and an inner core(11). A second jig(20) comprises an outer core(21). A central jig(30) comprises a joint groove(32) and a joint bolt(33). A control unit(40) comprises a transfer screw(42). A driving unit(50) transfers forward or backward rotation to a driving motor(51).
