PURPOSE: An adjustable ringer stand is provided to adjust the heights of the stand by moving a knob fixed with the bar, thereby conveniently using it with simplified constitutions. CONSTITUTION: An adjustable ringer stand comprises; a fixation rod(10) comprising halt grooves(12), holes in the rod for the fixation rod(22), an adjustable rod with a hole for air(24) on the outside of the fixation rod(24), a central rod(30) which is inserted into the grooves of the fixation bar and a part for moving upward and downward with grooves on the side of the bar(34), a ball(36) which is fixed in the hole for air and inserted into the part for moving upward and downward at the same time and is selectively fixed into a fixed hole and is fixed into the hole for air and a knob(40) which is fixed into the outside of the adjustable rod and fixed with a connection pin(44) for moving the central rod.
