PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a generator to generate approximately constant large electromagnetic force by accumulating a large number of composite magnetic components composed by magnetically coupling fixed magnetic components having magnetic anisotropy and bistable magnetic components to each other, and forming a composite magnetic substance into a body. SOLUTION: The magnetic properties of fixed magnetic components have comparatively large coercive force and magnetic anisotropy in a positive direction. The properties of bistable magnetic components are comparatively small coercive force and one-axis magnetic anisotropy including the positive direction and negative direction. When an electromagnetic coil 14 is wound on a composite magnetic substance 13 composed by bundling a large number of composite lines 10 into a body, if a positive magnetic field 6r is interlinked next to a negative magnetic field 6s intermittently, each time each bistable magnetic component repeats magnetization reversal along with action of diamagnetism. Though electromotive force E whose magnitude corresponds to the number of the bundled composite lines 10 is continuously generated in the electromagnetic coil 14 at this time, this is electromotive force based on autonomous high-speed magnetization reversal. Consequently, it is possible to induce electromotive force of approximately constant magnitude.
