PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sealant having a specific tack-free time and capable of providing a body sealer having physical properties excellent in elongation, heat resistance, etc., within a wide temperature range, especially low temperatures without substantially containing chlorine by including a specific amount of a specified recurring unit. SOLUTION: This two-part type polyurethane sealant has <=5 min tack-free time and is obtained by regulating the content of a recurring unit represented by the formula OCH2CH2CH2CH2 to 20-80 wt.% based on the total active hydrogen compounds and the apparent density within the range of 0.2-0.9 g/cm3. The above sealant is usually obtained by mixing a first liquid containing an isocyanate (e.g. diphenylmethane diisocyanate) with a second liquid which is a curing agent containing a polyol (ethylene glycol or propylene glycol).
