PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the compactification and lighter weight, the improvement in corrosion resistance and the reduction in cost and to keep the blower design performance by forming a blade body by use of a fiber-reinforced composite material. SOLUTION: The blade body 5 of a moving blade 1 is formed of a fiber- reinforced composite material (e.g. FRP) lightweight and resistant to corrosion, compared with metal. A metallic structure 6 for preventing torsional return is buried in the blade body 5. According to this, even in the blade body 5 formed of the fiber-reinforced composite material, the twist back (the phenomenon of changing the blade angle preliminarily mounted on the blade body 5 by centrifugal force to deteriorate the performance) in the high-speed rotation of the moving blade 1 can be prevented. The metallic structure 6 is preliminarily arranged in the inner part of the blade body 5 and molded in the manufacture of the blade body 5. Since the blade body 5 is reduced in weight, compared with a metallic one, and the centrifugal force can be also minimized, the thickness of an impeller 3 can be reduced. Accordingly, the moving blade can be made compact and reduced in cost, and it can be further set in a position where a strongly corrosive material is present.
