PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a condensate recovery device which does not require large amount of cooling water and lessens reevaporation steam to suppress thermal energy loss. SOLUTION: A header 4 is connected to a heat exchanger 26 through a pressure control valve 11. A condensate recovery pump 2 and a boiler 1 are connected by a condensate recovery pipe 8 which is diverged and connected to the heat exchanger 26 through a valve 10. The heat exchanger 2 consists of an ejector 28 and a heat exchanging pipe 33. Reevaporating high temperature fluid is supplied to the heat exchanger 26 to exchange heat with cooling fluid and attain reduction of temperature, thereby preventing diffusion of the reevaporation steam.
