PURPOSE: A rod type medication and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to continuously provide nutrients to trees in a slow releasing method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a rod type medication comprises the following step: solidifying a mixture including water-soluble manure, a binder, an absorber, and an inorganic curing agent into a rod-shape. The binder is composed of one or all of kaolinite and bentonite. The absorber is composed of one or all of diatomaceous earth and zeolite. The inorganic curing agent is composed of one or all of lime or gypsum. The rod shaped tree medication is formed into a circular bar, a cone, and a polyhedron shape.
