RESIN COMPOSITION FOR SURFACE TREATMENT AND STEEL SHEET COATED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A resin composition for surface process with excellent heat dissipation, electric conductance and a steel sheet coated with the same are provided to maintain high whiteness, corrosion resistance, anti-finger printing, workability, electric conductivity and alkali resistance. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for surface process comprises an organic resin and a thermal conductance spreader. The thermal conductive spreader comprises 35-65 parts by weight of silicon - containing compound and 35-65 parts by weight of aluminum-containing compound based on 100 parts by weight of solid content of thermal conductive spreader. A surface-treated steel plate(10) comprises a material steel sheet(11), and a surface-treated layer(12) which contains cured products of the resin composition for surface process.
