PURPOSE: A voltage regulator and a memory device including the same are provided to improve a PSRR(Power Supply Rejection Ratio) by reducing a voltage swing that is an amplitude of a sine wave of a DC voltage level. CONSTITUTION: A resistance circuit(450) outputs a distribution voltage. A driving circuit is connected to the resistance circuit and determines the distribution voltage. A compensating circuit(460) is connected to the driving circuit and applies a power voltage to the driving circuit by receiving a specific voltage. The driving circuit determines the distribution voltage outputted by the resistance circuit based on the power voltage inputted from the compensating circuit.
