PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing corrugated boards is provided to manufacture corrugated boards of which the width of a valley portion forming face is longer than existing corrugated boards by forming the corrugated portion forming face in a longitudinally pressed direction vertical to the laterally pressed direction of the corrugated boards. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing corrugated boards comprises a dies(10), a sizing unit(20), a draw-out unit, and a corrugated portion forming unit for a lower plate(40). According to insert flowing synthetic resin materials, the dies press an upper plate(52) and a lower plate(54) through an upper press port(12) and a lower press port(14). The sizing unit attaches and cools the upper and lower plates pressed through the upper press port and the lower press port of the dies. The draw-out unit is composed a pair of rollers and draws out corrugated boards attaching the upper and lower plates from the sizing unit. The corrugated forming unit for the lower plate is composed of a pair of rollers and is installed between the dies and the sizing unit to form gulley portions on the surface of the lower plate.
