PURPOSE: A resistor sharing switching circuit is provided to reduce the chip size by decreasing the number of installed resistors in a chip by half while maintaining the similar performance and operation compared to the existing switching circuit. CONSTITUTION: A resistor sharing switching circuit includes a first in and output part(1), a second in and output part(2), a third in and output part(3), a signal transmission part(30), a resistor(40) and a control signal input part. The first in and output part and the second in and output part are connected each other using a first switching device(10). The first in and output part and the third in and output part are connected each other using a second switching device(20). One side of the signal transmission part is connected to control terminals of the first switching device and the second switching device, respectively. The other side of the signal transmission side is connected to the resistor.
