PURPOSE: A lighting state determination system of a traffic light and a management method are provided to nonelectronically sense one of a plurality of LED lamps attached to a red light and a green light in a traffic light, thereby determining a current lighting state. CONSTITUTION: A safety walk device(10) comprises a street light(12), a traffic light(20) and a pedestrian sensing device(13). The street light is equipped in an upper side of a pillar(11). The pedestrian sensing device is equipped in a lower unit of the pillar. The pedestrian sensing device nonelectronically senses a plurality of LED lamps(22) and determines a current lighting state. |
