MULTIPLE SUBSTITUTED 4-ARYLCOUMARIN DERIVATIVES AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a multiple substituted 4-aryl coumarin derivative is provided to be used as an intermediate for developing a therapeutic agent for treating urinary incontinence and to use the derivative in organic light emitting diodes or solar cells. CONSTITUTION: A multiple substituted 4-aryl coumarin derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the derivative comprises: a step of dissolving a compound of chemical formula 2 in an organic solvent and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 2 with a compound of chemical formula 3 or 4 under the presence of a base. The base is 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene(DBU), 1,5-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene(DBN), 1,4-diazabicyclo-[2.2.2]-octane(Dabco), triethyl amine, or pyridine.
