PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accurately measurable an inclination angle by reducing the error of another shaft of an inclination sensor unit. SOLUTION: A circuit board 34 is attached into a case body 32 rotatably with a screw 38. A sub circuit board 35 is provided on the circuit board 34 so that it can be rotated with a shaft part 43 as the center, and a stem 37 where an inclination sensor 36 is mounted is mounted on the sub circuit board 35. By adjusting the angle between the circuit board 34 and the sub circuit board 35, the error of another shaft of the inclination sensor unit 31 is reduced.
