PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive tape roll designed to easily and favorably peel off adhesive tape pieces in an every one-wind-equivalent manner. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape roll 1 is obtained by winding a continuous adhesive tape 2 with the adhesive face on one side of a band-like base so as to turn the adhesive face on the obverse side; wherein a 1st perforated line 3 is provided in the cross direction on the adhesive tape 2 nearly every a single circumferential length and a 2nd perforated line 4 is also provided in the cross direction between 1st perforated lines 3 adjacent to each other, and the part between a 1st perforated line 3 and the adjoining 2nd perforated line 4 is served as a tear-off part 5.
