PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sound quality by providing a means for improving the transparent substrate layer of a compact disk. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a motor 15 for rotating a compact disk D, light emission pipes 21 and 22 for emitting ultraviolet rays to the transparent substrate layer of the rotating compact disk D, and a timer 16 for stopping the emission of light rays by turning OFF the light emission pipes 21 and 22 after the passage of a preset time.
