PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly practical and stable aluminum ion conductor. SOLUTION: The aluminum ion conductor is a solid solution represented by (Al1-XMX)1/3Zr2(PO4)3, where M is at least one kind of trivalent cation having an ion radius larger than that of aluminum ions and X is a number of 0 to 1 and has a three-dimensional network crystal structure.
