PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for transmitting information capable of reflecting characteristics of a dialogical partner on the finger Braille recognized by a deaf and dumb person. SOLUTION: This is an information transmission method for adding a stimulus according to character information by using a finger Braille output device provided with plural stimulus adders capable of adding stimulus perceived by feeling, and is characterized in being provided with a step for inputting the character information, and a step for adding stimulus according to a feature amount including at least the strength of the character information input operation by the stimulus adder selected according to the character information, among the stimulus adders arranged in the finger Braille output device.
