PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter capable of excellently performing measurement with two precisions and lowering an electric power consumption when measurement with at least two precisions is required in the gas meter. SOLUTION: This gas meter having an ultrasonic flow rate measuring structure is provided with a high time resolution circuit 8a for performing measurement at high time resolution in detection of an ultrasonic wave propagation time and a low time resolution circuit 8b for performing measurement at low time resolution in detection of an ultrasonic wave propagation time.
