PURPOSE: A vehicle body controlling system is provided to enable drivers to easily exit their vehicle from a parking space by including a controlling function for the exit of the vehicle assisting the vehicle exiting operation of the drivers. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body controlling system(10) includes a steering gear controller(300), an HMI controller(400), and a vehicle exiting controller(100). The steering gear controller controls the movement of a steering device of a vehicle. The HMI controller displays a message regarding the operation state of the vehicle. The vehicle exiting controller outputs a steering control command to the steering gear controller when a vehicle exiting signal is inputted for exiting the vehicle to outside of the parking space. The vehicle exiting controller transfers a message output command to the HMI controller for outputting a gear shifting message based on gear location information of the vehicle.
