<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the degradation of communication quality before the degradation of the communication quality influences the communication quality when simultaneously utilizing a plurality of media. <P>SOLUTION: The system for predicting and detecting/avoiding communication quality degradation for detecting the degradation of the communication quality in bidirectional communication simultaneously utilizing the plurality of media includes: a quality degradation measuring means for measuring the degradation of the communication quality for each medium; a quality degradation information exchange means for exchanging exchange information indicating the degradation condition of the communication quality with the terminal of a communicating party and with other terminals present within the same base as the terminal of a communication origin and summing up the condition of the communication quality degradation between the respective bases; and a predicting and detecting means for predicting and detecting the communication quality degradation by detecting the other medium with the possibility of propagating the influence of the degradation of the communication quality beforehand on the basis of influence relation information specifying an influence relation between the media. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
