PURPOSE: A method for providing a manual of a product is provided to enable a user to properly use a product by constructing a database based on manuals, and by providing the manuals to the user through a communication network. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user(400) who needs a manual connects to the Internet(401), sorts of manual classification are provided according to the user's request. After that, the user selects one of two categories(402). A sort of manual classification is selected and confirmed from the user. In case that the classification is a business classification, sorts of businesses are provided to the user. After the user selects a business, sorts of products of the business selected from the user, a product for receiving a manual is selected from the user. The manual for the product is provided to the user(404). In case that the classification is a product classification, a name of a product for receiving a manual is inputted from the user. The manual for the name of the product is searched. After that, the manual is provided to the user(403).
