POSITIONAL INFORMATION TRANSMISSION DEVICE USING PAGING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A positional information transmission device using a paging system is provided to be capable of accurately and effectively transmitting any positional information from a command station to a mobile station with minimum data transmission. CONSTITUTION: A command station designates a point to inform to a mobile station through any input device such as a mouse, a keyboard, a write pen, a touch screen and etc. using an electronic map recorded in a CD-ROM or other memory units. The designated point is converted an x- and y-coordinates on the map and only the x- and y-coordinates except map information is transmitted to the mobile station through a TRS. The mobile station receives the positional information from the command station and operates a same map as the map used in position designation.
