PURPOSE: A jack with a wrench is provided to replace vehicle wheels in an easy and convenient manner by integrating the wrench with the jack. CONSTITUTION: A jack comprises a support leg(100) having a hinge piece(110); a lower lever(200) having a lower portion coupled to the support leg and an upper portion with upper connection holes(220,220'); an upper lever(300) having a lower portion with a lock(310) and an upper portion with a stopper groove(330) for stably supporting the lower portion of the motor vehicle; a driving unit(400) inserted into and coupled with the upper connection holes of the lower lever and the lock of the upper lever, and which transmits or cuts off power of a worm(510) to or from the upper lever, wherein the driving unit includes a wrench(410) for coupling a wheel nut by the power of the worm; a cover(500) having a structure for supporting the worm and transmitting power of the worm to the driving unit, and which is coupled to the main body of the lower lever; and a stopper(700) for supporting the lower lever to the vehicle wheel.
