PURPOSE: A W-ASP(Wireless Application Service Provider) system is provided to enable a manager to configure and relocate a dynamic user screen by providing a component based user interface provided from a device not simple browsing. CONSTITUTION: The W-ASP system comprises an ASP server(1) converting the collected diverse formats of contents information into an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) document according to a defined DTD(Document Type Definition) and storing the converted document, outputting the result of an application program linked with a legacy system as the XML document, and providing a function for designing the user environment as same as the graphic environment by providing a user interface design tool capable of dynamically making the user interface for the provided information and an ASP client(2) providing the user Internet as an exclusive client of the client/server environment not an existing web page format by processing the XML document information and a style sheet provided from the server and mapping with a visual component provided by each device. A design tool(3) processes all events occurred by a user and the system by an event handler and processes a query generated by a query generator by a server.
