THREAD TENSIONING APPARATUS FOR TENDON FOR POST-TENSIONING OF PRESTRESS CONCRETE STRUCTURAL ELEMENT

PURPOSE: Provided is a thread type tensioning apparatus of tendon for post-tensioning of a prestress concrete structural element to easily and repeatedly tense the tendon to lead convenient maintenance and management of the concrete structural element. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a bracket(20) secured at lateral end of a structural element(10); a rotatable element(72) supported by the bracket(20); a rotating motor(60) driving the element(72); and a movable element(40) to tense a tendon(50) mounted at center of the apparatus by moving forward/backward with the rotation and screw movement of the element(72). The motor(60) is equipped with a driving gear(71) and the gear(71) is coupled to a longitudinal gear formed outside the element(72). The apparatus has a reduced size sufficient to conveniently install and tense the tendon(50).
