ELECTRONIC YARN TWISTING CONTROL SYSTEM OF TWISTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: Provided is a yarn twisting control system for electronically controlling a drum and feed roller and automatically controlling a twisting number of yarns and winding tension force during operation. It improves productivity, solves mechanical deterioration and destruction caused by mechanical control, and can be applied to various twisting machines, conjugate fiber machines or the like. CONSTITUTION: The yarn twisting control system comprises: a central processing machine(23) for calculating a twisting number of yarns from a counter signal inputted from a counter machine(21) and a rotation number of a drum, comparing with the preset data and then outputting the compared value to change a drum speed of a twisting machine(10); a drum servo controller(27) constructed at an output terminal to change a yarn speed and twisting number; and a feed roller servo controller(28) constructed at an output terminal to change a winding tension force.
