PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program link execution device capable of executing a link with a small storage capacity and suppressing an increase in the cost of the device. SOLUTION: In a program link execution part 46, a program storage part 101 stores a first program, and a load processing part 103 stores the first program, a second program and a symbol table downloaded by an acquisition part 102 in a temporary storage part 104. A link processing part 105 links the first program to the second program based on the symbol table. An update processing part 106 updates the storage part 101 by the linked first and second programs, and discards information stored in the storage part 104. An execution part 107 executes a program stored in the storage part 101.
