PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new clip, made of synthetic resin, which has various improvements while the original function that clip has flexibility characteristic of resin and superior designing performance is not lost at all. SOLUTION: A synthetic-resin made fixation-side member nearly in a rectangular shape is formed having a support fitting space formed by providing a fixation-side clip surface as an uneven rough surface on the top surface of the tip part, erecting right and left support pieces having axis holes on both sides of positions close to the base end and front and rear short projection walls in front-rear arrangement between the right and left support pieces, and projecting a forward catch end at the upper end of the rear-side projection wall. A movable-side member made of a metal spring material integrally has an insert part at the tip, a U-shaped bent part at the rear end, and a forward leg at the lower-side position of the U-shaped bent part; and a movable-side clip surface member is provided on the insert part and the U-shaped bent part is pressed in the support fitting space so that it is unable to loosely move to the right and left and come out. A surface and a leg which are pressed by fingers are molded in an L shape, and a couple of right and left shafts are projected on both the sides of the angled part of the L shape and then fitted in the shaft holes formed in the support pieces so that they can freely be raised.
