PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scratches on the surface or deposition of contaminant by ink and to reduce cost by forming black stripes and a black frame at the same time. SOLUTION: In an image screen, having black stripes formed on the flat face side of a lenticular lens in a part where light does not converge, a photosetting photosensitive layer 30 which loses adhesion property in a photoset part is applied on the flat face side of the lenticular lens 10 and a light-shielding mask 20 is disposed in a part, corresponding to the frame of the lenticular lens 10, the whole surface of the lenticular lens is irradiated with light through the lens side, and a black ink layer is formed in the unhardened part by transferring from a black transfer sheet.
