PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-price transmission type screen which is superior from the viewpoint of design and is to be used for a back projection type projector device or the like. SOLUTION: In the transmission type screen composed of a Fresnel lens sheet, a lenticular lens sheet and a front plate successively disposed from the projection side of the image light, a frame-like color pattern is formed in the periphery of the effective area, where an image is to be projected and on the other face of the transparent substrate of the lenticular lens sheet opposite to the lens part, having cylindrical lenses arranged in parallel on one face of the substrate.
