PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amorphous transformer, with which disassembly and efficiency in repair or recycling are improved by enabling an iron core to be removed all together in a standing state, not a laid position, by eliminating the step of bonding the amorphous transformer with resin. SOLUTION: This amorphous transformer has a wound core 2, obtained by forming a lap portion by attaching both ends of a laminate composed of amorphous magnetic material ribbons and a plurality of coils 4 inserted into the wound core 2. The lap portion of the wound core 2 is not coated with resin but is covered with covering members 11, 12.
