A braking plate 15 is arranged inside a braking case 14, and a fluid substance 16 is filled. A recess-projection joining part 10b is arranged on the lower end of the core 10, and this recess-projection joining part 10b engages with a recess-projection joining part 15b of the braking plate 15 arranged in the braking case 14.
