PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic converter, its manufacturing method and electronic equipment provided with it for reducing iron loss and improving the efficiency. SOLUTION: In a generator 11 as the electromagnetic converter provided with a rotor 14 including a permanent magnet, yokes 15, 17 arranged in the neighborhood of the rotor 14 and flowing a magnetic flux, and a coil 18 arranged in the neighborhood of the yokes 15, 17, one yoke 15 is formed of a magnetic material annealing cobalt-based amorphous metal. Thereby the iron loss of the yoke 15 can be reduced down to a half thereof as compared with the yoke consisting of non-annealed cobalt-based amorphous metal, the generator 11 can be operated at high efficiency and its performance can be improved.
