PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing prosthesis for replacing articulation is provided to avoid electrical abrasion between dissimilar metal alloys of the prosthesis system and to avoid cracking and delaminating phenomenon of the prosthesis in use. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing prosthesis for replacing articulation is as follows: A step of providing a support made of titanium alloy; a step of applying the porous coating to a selected part of the support to accelerate the bone growth; a step of ionically bonding a ceramic coating to a load support and the porous coated area of prosthesis at a thickness of 2-15 micron; and a step of polishing the ceramic coating formed on the load support at a smoothness of about 1.0 microinch.
