PURPOSE: A 3D image converting device, an implementing method thereof, and a storage medium thereof are provided to check an error of a 3D image corresponding to partial frames and correct the error when a 2D image including plural frames is converted into a 3D image. CONSTITUTION: An image converting unit(120) generates 3D image conversion information for an input image including plural frames. The image converting unit converts the input image into a 3D image based on the 3D image conversion information. A control unit(160) performs an error check to partial frame including the 3D image conversion information among plural frames. The control unit displays error information on a corresponding frame by the control of a display unit.
