PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing dust and exhausting steam is provided to prevent impurities from sticking to a screen. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing dust and exhausting steam comprises a cylindrical housing(210), a cylindrical bearing, a bar-shaped shaft(230), a propeller(260), and a weight unit(240). The housing has a first penetration pipe which penetrates along a longitudinal direction. The bearing is inserted along the longitudinal direction from the inside of the first penetration pipe and has a second penetration pipe. The shaft is inserted to meet the inner wall of the second penetration pipe and is protected from the one side end of the second penetration pipe. The propeller is fixed to one end of the shaft. The weight unit is protected from the outer surface of the shaft.
