METHOD OF INTRODUCING SAMPLE INTO GLASS CAPILLARY, AND METHOD OF PREPARING SAMPLE FOR MEASUREMENT BY DIFFERENTIAL SCANNING CALORIIMETER(DSC)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily introduce a required amount at a prescribed position, when a sample of a liquid or a sample containing a liquid component is introduced into a glass capillary. SOLUTION: The required amount of the sample 2 is injected from a a capillary 5 toward a sealed end 4 of the glass capillary 1 with centrifugal force by turning the capillary 1 under the condition where the capillary 5 containing the required amount of the sample 2 in it is inserted from an open end 3 of the glass capillary 1 of which the one end is sealed, and the required amount of the sample 2 is thereby introduced surely and easily at the prescribed position. A sample for measurement by a DSC is prepared by fusing the glass capillary 1 at an upper position of the sample 2 to be sealed.
