PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that curing time is required, a storage location before curing is required, productivity is poor, and efficiency is poor since a magnetoelectric transducer 4 of a rotational sensor is fixed by RTV rubber so that a magnetoelectric transducer 4 is not vibrated and is moved due to external vibration. SOLUTION: A retention section for retaining the magnetoelectric transducer that is mounted to the tip of a circuit board is formed at the tip of the sensor support section of the rotational sensor using the magnetoelectric transducer, and the magnetoelectric transducer is retained at the retention section.
