PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use ones between two control signals and two supervisory signals superimposed upon a clock signal for high-speed data transmission and to use the others for low-speed data transmission about a control/supervisory signal transmission system. SOLUTION: First control and supervisory data signals of a short transmission cycle are transmitted in each transmission cycle, and second control and supervisory data signals of a long transmission cycle are transmitted in each transmission frame composed of a plurality of transmission cycles. A master station outputting part 135 superimposes the first and second control data signals on the clock signal. A master station inputting part 139 extracts the value of each data of the first and second control data signals superimposed on the clock signal. A high-speed data slave station outputting part 14A extracts the first control data signal. A high-speed data slave station inputting part 15A superimposes the first supervisory data signal on the clock signal. A low-speed data slave station outputting part 14B extracts the second control data signal. A slow-speed data slave station inputting part 15B superimposes the second supervisory data signal on the clock signal.
