PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a clamp type bucket using an arm, a cylinder and a support link provided at a construction machine, and to open/close upper and lower claws with simple structure not using an upper claw opening/closing link 50 and a lower claw opening/closing link 51, thereby dispensing with shafts related to the upper claw opening/closing link 50, the lower claw opening/closing link 51 and both links. SOLUTION: The upper claw 1 and the lower claw 2 are journalled by a shaft 3, and the upper claw 1 is provided with a rod side journal part 4 and an arm side journal part 5, while the lower claw 2 is provided with a link side journal part 6 to constitute the clamp type bucket 7. The clamp type bucket 7 is arranged at the tip part of the arm 8 of the construction machine such as a hydraulic shovel. The arm side journal part 5 of the upper claw 1 of the clamp type bucket 7 is journalled to the tip part of the arm 8. The rod side journal part 4 of the upper claw 1 is journalled to the tip part of a cylinder rod 10 of a cylinder 9 additionally provided at the arm 8. The link side journal part 6 of the lower claw 2 is journalled to the tip part of the support link 11 additionally provided at the arm 8.
